Legacy Village of Hendersonville names Michelle Pace as Sales & Marketing Director

(HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn.) — Legacy Village of Hendersonville, a premier assisted living and memory care community, has named Michelle Pace as its new Sales and Marketing Director.

Pace has more than three decades of experience in sales, including working within a senior living community. She learned of opportunities in senior living by her connections in real estate, after earning her Affiliate Brokers license in 2017. She has since remained committed to helping families on their journey with finding the right assisted living or memory care community.

“I have a passion for senior living, especially memory care,” said Pace. “I absolutely love building relationships with families and being a resource for them while they navigate this often overwhelming and emotional decision.”

Pace holds degrees and licenses from Pensacola State University, Tennessee Real Estate Education System, and the Academy of Allied Health. 

“I was drawn to Legacy Village of Hendersonville and Legacy Senior Living because the company and its leaders aligned with my values and skill sets, and I knew being a part of such a great organization would move me forward and help me to grow both personally and professionally,” said Pace. “I have previously worked with Allie Hill, Legacy Village of Hendersonville’s new executive director. I always envisioned working with her once again, and when she offered me the opportunity to join the family, it just seemed like the home that I had been looking for, so I moved back to Tennessee and am ready for this new and exciting chapter in my life.” 

Pace has two adult children and four grandchildren, all who live in Georgia. When she isn’t working, Pace enjoys reading, traveling, cleaning, spending time with animals.
